Activities for disabled people

Whether you love football or getting messy with arts and crafts, we provide activities to get you active and creative.

Sense offers a huge range of free events and activities to support disabled people with complex needs.

“The sheer joy on his face when he drums is enough to make us all feel extremely proud of him. A few months on from Kyllian’s first drumming session, and he’s hardly missed a week.”

Why are arts and sports important?

Everybody deserves to feel happy and healthy. That’s why we want to make sure no one is left out of arts and sports.

Over 15,000 people have taken part in Sense’s arts, sports and wellbeing activities. We have over 100 free online arts resources, and we’ve developed 24 unique in-person sports activities for disabled people.
